Arriving to Vancouver

We understand that most people will need to travel to Vancouver the day before (June 24, 2018) and depart the day after (June 28, 2018). To cover for the transportation and accomodation required before and after the event, we will ask local volunteers to support us with:

  • Pick-up/Drop-off from/to the airport
  • Host members overnight
  • Driving together to/from Langley

We expect this to be an affordable and engaging experience for all members.
