We understand that most people will need to travel to Vancouver the day before (June 24, 2018) and depart the day after (June 28, 2018). To cover for the transportation and accomodation required before and after the event, we will ask local volunteers to support us with:

About Springbrooke Retreat and Conference Centre
Head East on Highway #1 and take Exit #66 South (232nd). Take the very first Right on 72nd at the Chevron gas station Drive ½ of mile.
Springbrooke is on the left side, just past the black Mailbox.
Come into Langley on the Fraser Hwy or on Hwy #10 (56th Ave). Take Glover Rd heading North and turn right at SpringBrook Rd. Take left on 72nd Ave and go about ½ of a mile over the bridge. Springbrooke in on the right side, just before the mailbox
From the Valley
Head West on Highway #1 and take Exit #66 South (232nd). Take the very first Right on 72nd at the Chevron gas station. Drive ½ of a mile. Springbrooke is on the left side, just past the black mailbox.
Please note that all accommodation is shared. There are rooms with 2-4 single beds. We will work hard to meet roommate preferences.
Three buffet style meals, and continuous self-serve tea, coffee and water. We can accommodate special meal requirements (allergies and food restrictions).
At Springbrooke there is uninterrupted wooded area with trails, an orchard, a river and various types of animals, and birds for wildlife and bird watching enthusiasts to enjoy. There is also a tennis court, a pool, a hot tub and a sauna.
Springbrooke is a non-smoking environment. There is one smoking area outside of the centre.
